New Structural Design
Our company is able to start at the design phase in order to produce a highly coordinated design which will ultimately lead to less delays and changes during construction. We create a new structural design capable to withstand stability, strength, and serviceability.
Design-Build Services
The design phase begins with conceptual design, progresses through permitting, and culminates with construction drawings. Throughout the design phase, we work closely with the other consultants (architect, mechanical engineer, geotechnical, etc.) to produce a well-coordinated and efficiently designed structural system. We are strong proponents of being involved early in the design process, as this allows us as a team to collectively make key decisions regarding the best fit structural system.
Construction Consulting
We provide structural assistance during the construction process. We also help our clients with preparations for the upcoming project and help to ensure that contractors complete the project on cost.
Peer Reviews
To keep pace with design complexity pushing new boundaries, structural peer reviews are very common. In many states, the building code mandates that projects retain a third-party structural engineer to perform an independent review which is a service that we offer. Our company does evaluations of project designs so that we can enhance public safety by verifying that there are no errors in the engineering design.
Remedial Structural Design
When there is a structural defect, meaning any defect in a structural element of a building attributed to defective design, defective or faulty workmanship or defective material and sometimes any combination of these, we are able to help. Once the cause of damage has been determined, remedial engineering will involve the design, specification and construction review of the necessary repair works to the structure, or structures.
Seismic Evaluation & Building Retrofit

We provide the service of Seismic Evaluation and Building Retrofit, which is the measures taken to improve the seismic performance of a building by correcting the deficiencies identified in the evaluation. This is relative to a selected Performance Objective.
